Game update #2

Here's new update for the BOINK! game that contains:

1. Modified initial screen - more images, less text with the game guide

2. Added new entity - an EVIL SQUARE which when boinked, will decrease your clicks by 5! :O Look out for these as they spawn from time to time.

3. Fixed game balance a bit - as one of my friends was able to reach a point where he was gaining more clicks than he was loosing:
