Game update #1

Here's the first update for the BOINK! game that includes:

1. Many people has complaint about collisions for blinking balls - so I have disabled them - no more accidental collisions with blinking balls!

2. BEST SCORE feature! Once you finish the game, the best score will be saved in localStorage in your browser (so be aware, after cleaning your nasty browser history, your best score will be wiped out as well!)

3. Update graphics (element alignment on the layout & colors)
